How the process works

with an application and
a credit check. Completely filled out
application will help us process your file faster. Complete picture of

You will need to sign a purchase
agreement.

You will have to provide the earnest
security deposit to your dealer (appraisal & credit check might be
paid from that amount).

Approval process starts – verification of
the information provided in the application. Usually the following
docs must be presented with an application: Current pay stub with
year-to-date info; W-2 for the last two years, 2 months bank
statements (all pages); copies of ID; if self-employed – 2 years of
tax returns (all pages); down payment documentation.

Once the loan is underwritten, the closing
of the deal will follow. Professional closing company will take care
of this process.
